No, the work we do in coaching is very much centered around moving forward and future goals. Many of my clients work with therapists at the same time to focus on more personal and past issues that are still affecting them today. I find it can in some cases be very complimentary.

Most of my clients have full-time schedules. This is totally manageable to do.
